DBS gets well deserved CGC registry award!
Congrats!!
Best Presented Sets
dirtbagsailor – DBS’s Divinity Set – Divinity (2015)
A clear winner, DBS’s Divinity Set is perfect in every way. This is most certainly a labor of love especially considering the effort required to assemble this set while on military assignment, half way around the world. We thank you for your service and for sharing your collecting experience with us.

Re: DBS gets well deserved CGC registry award!
Many thanks everyone! To be honest a LOT of these books came from (in one way or another) board members here who helped me locate high-grade candidates for signature series and grading; or were willing to make a CGC 9.8 copy available to me.
The final results can be viewed by clicking the link below:
2016 CGC Registry Awards Official Results
I was worried that my set might have been screwed slightly since most of my linked content was connected to Martin Ferretti's ValiantDatabase, which has since been re-named ComicArk, subsequently killing all my links! Lol! Worked out in the end, but now I need to go back and clean the code with updated links for sure.
Also was able to add four new CGC 9.8 SS issues to the set today, so it continues to grow and improve.
I think the best moment was trying to sleep at 1 am (Middle East time) and hearing a series of pings from my phone; one of which was Dinesh saying;
Magnus Robot Fighter (1963) - Best Silver Age Set
Working a few ideas for NEXT year; not just for myself either. True, I would love to win another award next year (and will certainly try) but I think that there are a number of Valiant collections owned or being built by board members here that have very strong shots at dominating in the Modern Age and Presentation categories as well, and (I believe) the only thing better than wining alone is winning together.
