And I bet a Miller fan gets it, and not necessarily a Valiant fan.

Who did the final coloring? Frank Miller, too?

I believe the coloring, albeit minimalistic, helps this piece to really come alive.

I never liked FM art. If somebody gave it to me I’d take it. If I got it cheap I would flip it for money. Otherwise nah
Pull List: I only buy TPB's, HC's and Hellboy comics

I think I would rather have the cover art to Issue #1 or #8 over the Frank Miller art.
I loved Frank Miller early at Marvel with Daredevil but I never liked this art after that.
I hoard Newsstand Editions facepalm

It looks like there is still 15 days left on this auction. Maybe it will go for big money.

$31, 200. I was close, but no cigar. I still think it was a bargain compared to other Miller art (including in the same auction). Get a Valiant Frank Miller cover, or a 3rd tier interior page for 80's Daredevil?

Wow. I’m impressed. This was way out of reach for me….but, I thought it would go for about half of that.

You said "I was close" which made me think you guessed a price in this topic. But you didn't.
So, "I was close" must mean you were bidding and you got close.

Interesting.

I've been thinking about the Miller Unity covers recently.

And specifically lusting after Eternal Warrior # 1.

But yeah - I never really liked Miller's Sin City period with the blockiness. Weird to think what I considered his "new" period as a teen is now 30 years old...
