X-O Manowar #0 gold printer proof on eBay

Hey guys, just posting this on behalf of Starbrand in order to include some photos below…

There is a printer proof copy of the gold cover for X-O for sale on eBay, and it comes with a certificate signed by a Peter Woronecki stating that it was part of the Independence Comics Collection.

Starbrand was wondering if anyone here on the boards happens to be the seller and/or Mr. Woronecki.

That Valiant logo was not used very long for publishing, only during the era of those 3 hardcovers.

Well, this certificate can't be older than 2012, as we can pinpoint the DC logo to the (re)launch of the New 52, more precisely to the issues that were published beginning with a May 2012 cover date.

Which is why I found the logos to be worth mentioning.

Peter Woronecki is a former comic shop retailer who has a fantastic collection of Valiant and Acclaim items. The "Independence Comic Collection" is a name he gave his own collection and the certificates are something he created (years later). Yeah the first one was the proof copy I bought off Ebay. A board member here owns two, and this auction makes the 4th. If i remember correctly someone told me, Dinesh or Fred, that there are rumored to be 5.
