I don't have access to my collection, but there were a few V1 reprints from the Philippines. They may not be legit. I don't know.

There was a Brazilian company that produced VEI issues for a time. I can't recall the name of it. I tried to order, but didn't have a tax number to make the order (I have a friend in Brazil, but didn't want to ask him to pay for them for me).
