Now that we have confirmation on the approx. print runs for the Glass/Mirror variants I believe that buyer confidence has increased somewhat in these books.

CGC not grading the Glass/Mirror was a hard blow IMO that has hurt collector demand for them a bit. However, with a low 180-200 print run and CBCS able to grade them, these books could find their way slowly back into the game.

I am assuming the sale of that “perfect CGC 10” vaulted Bloodshot Salvation #1 Brushed Metal into the top spot. :o WOW!

I spoke with two senior VEI employees, who would not (as a matter of policy) give me exact print run numbers; however, they did provide a range for all 1:250s printed (so far) which was 180-200.

I always appreciate these lists and look forward to them every month.

I was thinking back to the Wizard Top 10. It wasn’t just based on sales but what was hot. Got me wondering why would the top 10 hit list look like if it was based on what people are looking for (as we know some of the books people want hardly ever come up).

I would need some data-mining ability. Could potentially be done.

Now, the “hidden” demand is a different thing all together. Not sure how often “Golden Ticket” or Imperium #11 (1:20) are Googled.

Thanks DBS for all your efforts validating print runs. Good list this month. Look forward to these.
