Re: Valiant 2012 non continuity
I’m not sure there is much that isn’t in continuity. I believe Britannia and Eternity are in.
Valiant High?
There was a Hard Corps mini story through many of the early issues.
I think there was a story only in one of the Q&W hardcovers - a silly one. Not sure about that.
Book of Death employed a cheap narrative trick that always made me feel like it wasn’t really part of continuity. I won’t spoil it, and it’s just a feel. It is in continuity.

Re: Valiant 2012 non continuity
I'd say that Eternity is within continuity because it progress Abram and Mishka's story from the end of their second arc.
There's nothing that specifically establishes, or doesn't establish Britannia within continuity, however I'd argue that despite its narrative isolation and chronological setting it'd be best to consider it continuity purely on the basis that it has no contradictory impact upon anything else narratively but is set on real-life Earth, where the rest of the VU occurs narratively - giving it the benefit of the doubt, so to speak.

Re: Valiant 2012 non continuity
Valiant High and Ninjak vs. the Valiant Universe aren't in continuity.
I don't think the comedy backups at the end of the #25 issues from the first four titles are meant to be continuity.
Q2 is part of the Acclaim continuity for Quantum & Woody, not VEI continuity.
I think a lot of people like to think of Dead Drop as being outside of continuity, but as far as I know it's considered in.

Ninjak vs the Valiant Universe and Valiant High.
Not sure why Eternity wouldn't be. Britannia is as it was included in the most recent Valiant Handbook.

Akin to Dead Drop, I feel that way about the Faith ongoing.

Re: Valiant 2012 non continuity
Awhile ago I asked a similar question.
No one has yet mentioned EW: Sword of the Wild or Div III: Stalinverse.
I have read neither of those books yet, but my understanding is that while IN CONTINUITY per se they are sort of stand-alone Sword is past entirely and Stalinverse is alt timeline.
Note I haven't yet tested these by reading them.
It's pretty harsh to say any story doesn't matter (to someone) but I get what you are saying. But I'm very sure these two stories "matter" as does Brittania

I've been looking everywhere for the ultra-rare Turok vs Blister issue. Anybody able to help me out?

I might add Delinquents. Not sure anything Q&W really matters to the VU, but that was pretty out there for A&A, too. Can’t think of anything continuity wise that matters there.
Also the first, at least 4 issues of the Greg Pak EW series has pretty much been written off as if it never happened.
I would also like to pretend that most of the Milligan Shadowman issues didn’t not exist, but they are def in continuity.

I guess it’s more what’s actual canon / continuity or easier what isn’t at all.

I'm pretty sure those were order-all (i.e. no limitations).jordansilo wrote:I know this isn’t the right forum

If the information that you'e looking for is what isn't essential reading, then I think we've pretty much covered it. Dead Drop was more or less a try out for Ales Kot and hasn't really affected anything since. The first EW arc (Sword of the Wild) has largely been ignored (although it did introduce a few characters/concepts that could pop back up).
If you're not a *SQUEE*, you're okay with me.

Davey the Mackerel doesn't feel like continuity... but maybe there's more story like he's from the future (advanced genetic experiments/successes) and Armstrong agreed to keep him safe/hidden in the bag for Ivar.

The "Secret Convergence War of Infinite Squirts" probably isn't in continuity.
Although the ending suggests whatever gets published is in fact "in continuity".

You guys are making it way more complicated than it needs to be. These are the four non-canonical stories published by VEI. You could also probably include some of the shorts from various specials and anniversary issues.
- Valiant High
Ninjak vs. the VU
Q2
Shadowman/Rae Sremmurd
