Bloodshot books that are expensive, rare, or sell often

In no particular order, and also some may be missing. Enjoy, and comment below if you feel something is missing or if you disagree.

Bloodshot (1993) #0 (Platinum Error) - The "Grail" of all Bloodshot books. Only 25 known copies.

Bloodshot (2012) #1 (DMG Chinese Edition) - Rare, expensive, and difficult to find in high (or any) grade.

Bloodshot (2012) #25 (Hitch 1:50 Variant) - One of the hardest to find Bloodshot books since 2012.

Bloodshot and H.A.R.D. Corps (2012) #14 (Grampa 1:25 Variant) - Uncommon on the market. Sells very well. Strong demand.

Rai (1992) #0 (Matte Version) - First "full appearance" of Bloodshot. Sells more often than the Glossy version.

Eternal Warrior (1992) #4 - First appearance of Bloodshot.

Rai (1992) #0 (Glossy Version) - First "full appearance" of Bloodshot. More rare and expensive than Matte version.

Bloodshot (1993) #6 - First appearance of Ninjak. Very common; however, still sells often.

Bloodshot (1993) #1 - First issue of Bloodshot. Very common; however, sells often.

Bloodshot (1993) #7 - First appearance of Ninjak in costume. Very common; however, sells often.

Bloodshot (1993) #0 (Gold) - Not super common. Gold Edition collectors will hunt/buy.

Bloodshot Salvation #1 (Suayan 1:250 Brushed Metal Variant) - 100% CONFIRMED: 200 copies were printed.

Bloodshot (2019) #1 (Meyers 1:250 Carbon Fiber Variant) - Unknown print run. Suspected low. High demand.

Bloodshot (1993) #0 - Extremely common; however, most fans want a copy or three.

Bloodshot (1993) #51 - Extremely rare final issue. Difficult to locate in any condition.

Bloodshot (2012) #1 (Ribic 1:50 Variant) - Attractive cover art. Sells quite well.

Bloodshot (2012) #1 (Lozzi Gold) - Attractive cover art. Sells quite well. Gold Edition collectors will hunt/buy.

Bloodshot Reborn #10 (Lemire 1:100 Line Variant) - Sketch cover by Jeff Lemire similar to Harbinger #8. Collectors who own Harbinger #8 likely ALSO own this cover/variant to match.

Bloodshot Reborn #10 (LaRosa 1:50 B&W Variant) - Attractive cover art. Estimated to be rare; however, market activity has not yet demonstrated this to be true.

Bloodshot (2012) #3 (Lozzi 1:25 Variant) - Cult favorite cover. Off the radar hidden demand for this book in high grade.

Bloodshot Reborn #1 (LaRosa 1:100 B&W Variant) - Attractive cover art. Estimated to be rare; however, market activity has not yet demonstrated this to be true.

Bloodshot Salvation #12 1/1 Larosa could be considered - Only one of them, not for sale, lol
Bloodshot and H.A.R.D. Corps (2013-2014) 18 Hamner 1:25 Variant - A complete ghost (has eluded me for the last two years)

Nice starting list DBS...

Does anyone know if the Bloodshot Reborn #1: Analogman Director’s Cut version is rare? What kind of print run would this have?

....and then there is a Bloodshot Reborn #1: Bloodshot Island Director’s Cut

Apparently there is a new dmg variant
And comicburst has list of all covers of new series
Many variants are limited to 100,150,250

Yes. But many collectors often ignore super limited print runs as they are artificially created to have super limited number.

It is typically the books that were not designed to have a low print run, but did so regardless by error or market demand.

Point and case is that a copy of Eternal Warrior #5 (Mack 1:50) had only 400 printed copies, sells for Waaaaaay more than a copy of Bloodshot (2019) #1 (Insert ComicCon) with only 200 printed copies.

If I were to list (and I have in other threads) each low print run exclusive variant, it would actually make it more difficult to focus on the books most collectors are actually interested in or after.

I think retailers used to order 500 copy store variants
From Valiant then the industry changed
I don’t think retailers were able to sell their variants anyhow
Then others started offering 50,75,100 print run variants
I think though these store variants are more honest though
If they say 100 copies they probably have 120 for sal
The Valiant ratio variants 1/20 especially 1/50 1/100
Who really qualified for these?
Maybe 5-10 copies of 1/50s 1/100s
Big retailers weren’t even qualified yet there are
400-1000 copies printed.
I agree that they are pumping out a lot of limited variants whose selling point is only the low print run
Even the one case of one retailer getting an exclusive
Destroying all but a few copies.
It’s your list so you decide.
I’m just finding less information on here these days about
All the current books their various variants etc
It’s costly these multiple store variants and
I’m not sure how long I will be able to keep ip
I’m curious though the super scarce books like
Some of the rarer 1/50s who owns them?
I’m guessing for example the hw 3,4 1:50s
Out of collectors on this site they have no more than 25,50 copies total
And all of these have several hundred copies out there.
So where are all those copies to me that determines
Their scarcity where these copies are who has them
What is their intent to have them whether thry will ever surface
It’s clear all of these books printed even the 1:10s
Should be super scarce if one day there was any real
Interest outside the current group that collects thrm
Love your monthly lists though.
Keep up the great work

25-50 copies total really only applies if the regulars that post here only have a single copy. I'm sure there are plenty of us with multiple copies of some books.

Regarding retailer exclusives, it's my understanding that 500 is the minimum print order for any book. When the print run is indicated to be lower than that, then the excess copies get destroyed.
If you're not a *SQUEE*, you're okay with me.

The Hamner variant still eludes me. I think I need 5 or 6 variants for the Bloodshot run and none of them ever come up for sale.
