Will new Judge Dredd TV show be competion for Bloodshot?

Post by Oxmyx »

I haven't studied the release dates.

But, more than just direct competition, my understanding is that Judge Dredd is (like Bloodshot) neither DC nor Marvel, and now I read online they are making a TV show.

Do you think they're trying to establish a cinematic universe, also?
I've been looking everywhere for the ultra-rare Turok vs Blister issue. Anybody able to help me out?

Judge Dredd is a longtime favorite of mine -- but he's not like Bloodshot actually ... totally different.

I TOTALLY look forward to a Dredd tv show!

Question Ohio, did you ever watch Continuum? I loved that show. I never thought of it as "superhero" but it kinda was. The main character was a law enforcement officer from the future. A distopian future where she dispenses justice on behalf of anti-democratic corporations who control the world. (I think the corporations controlled the whole world, anyway...that was never made quite clear to me ...why would the world center be Toronto? Maybe global warming?)

Continuum is on my short list of shows to track down and watch. The premise intrigued me, but I've never sat down to actually get into it yet due to everything else I get in to. :D

Judge Dredd by 2000AD is amazing! I can’t recommend it enough. For anybody interested, Apocalypse War is a great intro into Dredd. Anyhow, I don’t think Megacity One (Dredd show) and Bloodshot are in competition for viewership.
Muse Rocks! Check out “The Handler”.

Can you link to a copy of Apocalypse War? And to Judge Dredd by 2000AD?
Are these old stuff or new stuff? Are these Trade Paperbacks or runs?

Should be easy to come back on the cheap actually ... the usual online outlets and $1 boxes at shows ... no need to go broke at all fortunately.
