Am I the only one was disappointed with end Armor Hunters?

With all the build up and all the hype I felt let down. The many various covers had more action and visuals.
I've been looking everywhere for the ultra-rare Turok vs Blister issue. Anybody able to help me out?

They never should have killed off Primary Reebo.

I remember some people being disappointed in the rushed ending, including me. However, while I definitely think that the final confrontation should have been way longer, I think it ended in a satisfying way. Did you guys really expect Aric to not kill Reebo? I thought it was badass and one of his coolest moments.

Oxymyx, what did you think of the event as a whole? And which was your favorite and least favorite tie-ins?

Ferg, I really appreciated how your questions and comments made me think. If I had never read the final chapters of AH I would have a really high opinion of it and long for those final chapters. Everything before the climatic battle was really good and I had kinda forgotten how good it was due to my perspective colored by my opinion of the ending. And yes RUSHED is perhaps one of the best ways of putting it.

I'm not exactly sure how many tie ins there were. Just XO, Unity, Bloodshot, and Harby right? The Unity one actually seemed less tie-in and more part of the main story. Maybe Bloodshot did too

My opinion of the event as a whole? Soured by the ending. I'm not as generous as you are. I didn't feel that it satisfied.

Favorite color is tie in? Does the XO Armor Hunters TPB count for that? It'd be that but I haven't read all of the Bloodshot tie-in.

I really enjoyed Armor Hunters the mini-series, but I didn't love the tie-ins. I know that the Bloodshot tie-ins were planned in advance, but even there, it felt like there were some big interruptions in the existing stories of the ongoings. There were some bits that felt rushed, especially towards the end, but I still really liked the series. For minis, I really liked Armor Hunters, The Valiant, Divinity, Savage, and while not quite as strong, I did like 4001.

I thought the HC did a good job of pulling all of the issues together in a reading order that made sense to the story. It certainly made me want to see how the XO series continued ( I am still trying to find XO HC Deluxe 4 and 5).

I still prefer to read Bloodshot in order of release, rather than weirdly reading two issues in a row.
