I have an opportunity to buy a pair perhaps if the owner decides to sell. What is a fair pay to pay for the pair?

For the orignal ones from the 1990s, I can't remember if I have ever seen one sell for over $100, even if it was an unopened bottle and still included the holiday card and original packaging. I also can't remember seeing one that was complete sell for under $40. So, I would say $70 for complete bottles (with card and original packaging), or maybe $150 for both if all the extras are there. If it's just two unopened bottles, I'd think $80 to $120 is fair for the pair. If it's two opened bottles, then $40 to $60 total is fair.

I have both and got each one for $40-$50 shipped. Each is unopened and included the card and original packaging. There were just unopened bottles for around $25-$30. But I was specifically looking for complete ones with the cards and original packaging and was willing to pay a little more.

With that said, that was over 10 years ago. I am not sure how much harder it is now to track these down. So you may want to adjust your offer accordingly. Good luck. :thumb:

I would assume you are talking about the older two beers that the 1990's Valiant put out. If not, then I think it goes to say that the newer beers should be cheaper. $10-$20 I would think, for unopened bottles. There were no cards/letters for these newer beers

I bought an unopened set in the boxes for $74 shipped last year. Just looked up the price. I’ve purchased the new beers for $15-20. They are bigger and just more expensive to buy new. Also the location they are sold are very limited.

For whatever it's worth, I spent $12 + tax for the Livewire beers from a beer shop
