Just wondering what everyones' thoughts are on the near to mid-future publishing line from DMG/Valiant.

Personally, I'm not really that bothered by all this news of screen-based media that will apparently be coming out soon, although I'll probably check out most of it if possible just out of interest to see if what's coming out is actually of any sort of quality [imo] or not.

I just want to be able to enjoy great comics month to month.

I agree. In the near future Valiant needs to get some good comic execution out of DMG to restore some confidence with the Valiant comic fans. DMG has yet to put together and execute their own spin on the Valiant brand. When did the DMG Valiant comic era begin?.... It doesn't feel like the DMG era ever started yet. A new and exciting comic direction could draw interest.

In the long term tv and movies make sense... But it is important that movie/tv products are considered successful for what they are (return on investment). It looks like the Bloodshot movie and Q and W tv show are happening.... So, don't spread yourself too thin trying to do many other Valiant media projects. Get a good respectable first media product out with these projects first and then go from there. Don't try to do too much at once. Build upon one or two successful media battles at a time.

For me movies first then comics then t.v. A really good Bloodshot movie could be the key to long term Valiant success. It would give them breathing room to create some good comics. Personally I don't think a Quantum and Woody TV show will make it. I just don't think the characters are strong enough. I will see any Valiant movie that comes out and read any Valiant comic that comes out. I will not watch a TBS comic show. Just sounds dumb to me.

I've waited over 25 years to see the Valiant Characters on the big screen. And finally its happening. Comics are obviously important as they provide incredible stories, and with todays technology, the stories and art can translate on the big screen.
A weekly TV show would also be nice.
