Re: Book of the Month - May 2018
Use them wisely, yea this is a tough month!
Had to go with the Prelude, as I don't think we will see anything ever again from Heisserer, which is sad.
Q&W had such a fantastic brotherly feel to it, forcing Woody into the hero roll was awesome (I just thought he would have hit on the woman he was saving, maybe that comes later). Don't think there has been a comic book that made me put it down and call my brother, ever (forehead to forehead, grabbing each others neck panel).

Re: Book of the Month - May 2018
5/5: Great
1. Ninja-K #7 (this is, bar none, the best book that Valiant is publishing, and I don't foresee that changing any time soon)
2. Harbinger Wars 2: Prelude #1 (nearly perfect. 7 issues was not enough for Heisserer)
4/5: Really Good
3. Harbinger Wars II #1 (good start)
3/5: Good
4. Bloodshot Salvation #9 (loved it, but so tangential from the main story, which we desperately need more of)
5. Quantum & Woody! #6 (very strange and totally not what Q&W has ever been before. Very eager to see what Rahal does with #7)
6. X-O Manowar #15 (this was fine, but I really wish this arc was 2, maybe 3, issues. 4 months of Aric stuck in the past is way too much)
7. Shadowman #3 (sorry, it's just not really working for me )
