Jared Leto IS in talks with Valiant.

Not as Bloodshot, but as Angelo Mortalli.

Imagine having both Leto AND Diesel in a HARD R film.

It's looking like a badass film if the script is as good as they say it is and DINO has anything to do or say about it.

I think this is the MOST stoked I've been over Valiant in a LONG, LONG time.

Not to disbelieve, but is there a source for this that you can quote or link to? And who is Angelo Mortali in the current VEI Bloodshot series? Nonexistent. Until I hear something more official, I'm inclined to believe this is some uninformed article writer confusing the 90's comics with the current comics. Unless the movie script is somehow using both timelines?

Makes sense. They're mixing and matching elements from different continuities. I wonder what other surprise VH-1 characters might appear in the film. I doubt that Magic is in this movie. The script was written three years ago, before her character was even introduced. Same goes for Deathmate, and the Bloodshot Squad. If I had the guess the antagonist, I'd say Simon Oreck. He makes the most sense as being Bloodshot's first enemy.

I believe Leto had some conflict with his band for the filming schedule.

But I could be wrong.

If VEI Bloodshot is the latest in a line of Bloodshots, then Angelo could have been the 1990s Bloodshot in the VEI Universe (also).

If it works out, that would be a fine addition to the cast. :hope:

Could they be going a 'Hulk' route? Leto as the man but when the nanites kick in he transforms to Diesel?

That would be... freaking weird but sort of awesome?

I believe - if he's going to be in it - he's the bad dude. I'd bet Kozol. Leto Kozol, c'mon!!!!! :hope: :hope: :hope:

Either way if BOTH of them are in this- man, we're talking Valiant becoming HUUUUUUUUGE, the likes of which the world has never seen. :P
