For anyone interested, this link includes some covers and a couple of pages you can click through:

I wonder if sonicdan will have any of the original art available for sale? :)

Shadowman has been mostly poor since the 2012 re-launch, however I will give this a try. Art look’s good, don’t know Diggle’s work but one immediate red flag is the t-shirt with the logo on! facepalm If that’s his day to day clothes then there’s gonna have to be one hell of an explanation as to why it has the logo on!

I hope this latest ongoing is more mature and Vertigo-esque. It’s a must that VEI get this spot on.

I agree on the logo. If that just his costume then fine. Otherwise it’s silly. But EW walks around in a tattered cape and Archer and Bloodshot haven’t changed their shirts yet.

Don’t get me started on Archer and Armstrong :!: One dresses in tshirt and the other has multiple layers (coat, hoodie etc) REGARDLESS of the weather!!

Bloodshot used to get on my nerves when it wasn’t clear if the red circle was his chest showing through his tshirt OR he had hundreds of Black tshirts with a red circle on! Thankfully they seemed to have made up their mind that the red circle is his chest wound showing through the tshirt.

Whilst it seems minor detail for some, it takes me out of the story if this stuff doesn’t make sense.

Hopefully this is clearly explained early on and it’s logical.

I noticed her too - good signs for continuity :thumb:

Can't say I'm thrilled with the Diggle announcement, the last thing of his I read was Daredevil:Shadowland and it was bloody awful.

I'm on the fence here taking a "we'll see" approach.

Unlike when they announced Gage on Ninja-K, I instantly knew that was going to be a winner just like I instantly knew Roberts was going to be a train wreck on Harbinger.

I think his Green Arrow was pretty good.

Agree'd.
Diggle's GREEN ARROW: YEAR ONE is worth checking out. Jock's art is amazing too.

I don't know who the writer is, but the art looks good so far. I hope this is a darker Shadowman. The recent relaunches have all been good so let's hope VEI can do the same for Shadowman. This is an area of the universe that has lots of room to grow.

Not really, it’s the beard. Jack had the baby face in Vol 1...

I still love the Magpie look, but this design is workable. No weapons tho!?

He also wasn't really rocking a fro either to be fair. I'm down with it. Everybody but Armstrong and I guess Aric while he's off Earth look too damn clean. We need some more scruffy looking guys.
