The sword on the back looks angled in this pic. Did they change it?jmatt wrote:I thought the same thing. But moreover, I think the pose looks pretty passive for such a character. But I was reluctant to knock it (and still am).nycjadie wrote: I think that the sword should be at an angle, not straight on the back.

I love the "unboxing." My kids are obsessesed with play dough unboxing videos on YouTube. I can relate.

Re: Quarantine Studio Bloodshot statue.
My renewed interest in scale models makes me want to repaint all of the detail from the belt on down. The gun is the same color as the holster, knife the same color of the sheath, the bullets the same color as the pants, the pouch snaps the same color as the pouches. And I'd do a dull lacquer finish rather than the gloss or satin finish they used. Shiny pants?
Don't get me wrong, the thing looks great. It's just that now every time I see a figure, I can't help but think of what I would do differently (or at least try). I understand that it would be cost prohibitive to pay people to throw that much attention and detail into 300 of the things.
The upper half looks great with nice color touches on the sword and highlights on the machine gun, etc.

Quarantine Studio Bloodshot statue.
His entry number was #17. I wonder if that was the number of the "regular" statue he got, as well. Only reason I ask that is because the number of my statue was #18; what's the odds ?Mr_Taco wrote:Congratulations to the Bloodshot black shirt winner. https://youtu.be/C4gDw0V8Buw" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
If guns kill people, then spoons made Rosie O'Donnell fat .
