Which V characters fit TV better and which ones fit movies?
I could not write the entire title but you get it. Let's only talk about characters that had their own ongoing or we know they will have one.

I think XO would be best suited for a movie (see what I did there?).
Both "buddy" properties - Quantum and Woody, and Archer & Armstrong - would work great as episodic tv shows.

Yeah, X-O and Bloodshot for the big screen. A&A, Q&W, and I'd argue Harbinger as well for tv.

An Eternal Warrior TV series could work where he acts as Fist and Steel for the Earth along with a Geomancer. Timewalker and Dr. Mirage are natural TV plots as well.
Ninjak and Rai would make great sci-fi action movies.
