Got mine and it is freakin' awesome! Did not realize what it was for at first as I had forgotten about this contest after submitting my pics so long ago. Are we deliberately NOT telling others what the book is? Seems like nobody here has said yet. I guess somebody has posted it on facebook or other social media? I also didn't realize how unique this book was till I came back and read this thread to the end! HUUUUUUUUUUUGE thanks to Bruce & Elery & VEI for this most excellent contest!

Bruce replied to my post above via pm (since he is keeping his posts down until 700 I assume), so I wanted to put my reply out here for the world to see as well.

Very pleased Bruce. The cloud9 smiley is not an embellishment. Even my girlfriend said this book looks damn cool with the gold and this cover and she usually doesn't humour me about comic stuff I'm excited about.

As far as the last components taking time, I (and I'm sure the rest of the members here) understand and are happy to wait until its all done. The time and energy you and Elery put into this to support Valiant and help us other fans out is SO FREAKING AWESOME! While I am sad to know it is ending for the team of you and Elery, I am really excited to read your 700th post and find out the backstory! It has certainly ended on a high note whether it takes more time or not for the goodies. It's been a lot of fun participating in these. When I tell my friends about this site and what you guys have done for us and the interactions we get to have with the creators and PTB's at Valiant, they are blown away by everyone's generosity.

Welcome! Bruce has taken a lot of responsibility to make ends meet. He's been the facilitator with the most recent projects and volunteers hundreds of hours of his time organizing / corresponding / packing / shipping the projects. Not to mention being admin of the Valiant Comics Fan Group. I also excited to read the 700th / 2700 post.

Mine arrived. This is an amazing looking book, so very happy to have received one.

Thank you Bruce and Elery for all your continued hard work and organising, very much appreciated guys.

Thank you also Dinesh and the rest of the Valiant staff for providing these books.

The photo contest was a load of fun to check out all the entries, and to have participated in it as well, and then at the end of it all to receive this book, is the icing on the cake.
