Non-US fans are Valiant, Victorious and Sold Out :high-five:

Go to the Valiant buy trade sell forum and find the thread there, we don`t need to weigh the discussion board down with our dealings

This moment is truly Torquehallian :thumb:

Original post below-

Hey guys I'm just going to move a bunch of my posts over here so our little group is easier to keep track of-

Ok I'm back on the horse here today, this will be a huge effort but I am down for it.

Greg says he can get the box to me by UPS and it will be $80 via UPS, so that puts the total at $320/300.

That works out to $1.07/book. I don't want to scare the hell out of anybody (other than me) so I think the best way to go is to sell these in blocks of 10 for $10.70.

This way we can nail the numbers down a little better and nobody will be stuck with a ton of these other than possibly me (hope not ).

Phantom and the UK crew- we have very little time to throw this together if you guys want some blocks of ten it would be great if you could get them from me as I've set myself up as international guy. If the UK had a point guy I could send all the UK books to that person and they can distribute in the UK.

I think we can get enough of us to commit to at least $10.70 to make a go of this, it's more risk for me but I think it will work better.

I'll ship to all the Canadians and also ship ShadowTuga's books to Portugal, I will take some time today and try to nail down the best unit cost for shipping 10 books aound Canada. Nonplayer had an idea about shipping via bus (greyhound) I will check that out as well as other methods and post the results here. I will try to come up with a cost for Canada, UK and Portugal for 10 books shipped.

I will go back over my pms and put up a list of guys who expressed interest and post it back here then they can tell me how many they want in chunks of ten (10,20,30 etc.). The more you can take the better

I will then post a running list of who wants what, we have to really boogie to get this together Bros so don't be shy and jump on it

OK here is the Canadians, let me know how many you can take in blocks of ten ($10.70) as I say the more the better-

Beyonder- 30
Nonplayer ?
Nscc- 30 BOOKS PAID
Grendeljd- 20
MarkRoseHFX- 10
Alpha comics- 10 BOOKS PAID
SQUEE- 10
Lobo- 50 BOOKS PAID

For Portugal-

ShadowTuga- 10

For UK-

Dallow Spicer 1- 10

Let me know how many you guys want and I will edit this post so we have running total.

I hope I hear London calling today :hope:

Thanks to the Americans who were willing to go in with me but I think it's best you guys help each other out, I will be the international guy.

Look how sweet that book is, let's do this international VFans!!

Ok guys that's 180, feeling groovy now. Still have 100 before the case is done but I think we're in great shape now.

I made up a sample package with 10 comics and took it the post office so I could some idea of rates just so we have some sort of idea, all these options are the cheapest offered by Canada Post-

Nova Scotia- $13.18
Toronto- $13.18
Winnepeg- $11.38
Victoria- $11.38

England- $16.80

Portugal- $16.80

I went to few shops in town today to see if I can unload a few on the local retailers, one guy will buy 10 which is nice as I will just drop them off when I receive them and then he'll pay me the $10.70. 3 of the other shops I went to the owner wasn't there but the the employees thought it was a neat idea. I figure if it's $10.70 for ten I can get few of these guys on board, after all it's only $10 so what's the big deal for neat promo item? Hopefully I can move another 20-40 to those guys.

Thanks for confirming Mark and Nscc, hopefully we hear from a few more people soon :hope:

I'm starting to sweat a little here so please chime in if you can, Thanks :thumb:

Awesome SQUEE, thanks :high-five:

I'm sure we can arrange a meet up and avoid the shipping.

Where are the Edmonton guys?

I just might, I'm waiting to see if Valiant or any of their creators are going to be there.

The books would be US and the shipping CDN, our currency is really close right now so there is not a big difference.

If you're in. we're down to 100 now and I think Phantom and Magnus may also get in.

This is working out great now I'm really relieved :)

If you're in just say it here and I'll add you to the list and shoot you a PM with my PP info. We'll pay the books now and do the shipping from me to you when it happens.

Thanks DS1 :thumb:

And we are done with 80 to Magnusr and Phantom in the UK!

I have to save at least 20 aside for nonplayer, he's snowboarding, hope he doesn't die :P

Way to pull together Canada and International Fans :thumb:

I approach this as a labour (that's correct spelling here :) ) of love for Valiant and VFans, I think I will try to meet up with the Alberta guys in Red Deer to save on shipping, it's a good excuse to meet homies in your region and that is an added value to this project!

3 CHEERS for us poor suckers outside of the US :high-five: :high-five: :high-five:

I will edit the first post and that will be ACTION CENTRAL for who is who, what's paid where and WTF is going on in general.

Thanks again guys, pony up the dough and the whole $320 (that should do books ship to me) it goes to Greg RFN!

Greg's cost of $160 is done and done no matter what but we need to muster up the cash, I'm not too worried I think you guys are great and this is a bold venture indeed!

Sorry Hawk, I was a little late in catching this thread and news of the Valiantfans.com FCBD issue, but I'm glad to see Phantom's already ordered a batch or two ^_^

I've offered to give him a hand promoting them in our area, so hopefully we'll catch a few new readers in our 'Valiant net' :high-five:

Magnusr dropped the bomb on that, we where chatting on Facebook with uk fans - and now we have plenty.
Shadowman99, I have a few ideas how to promote not just at forbidden planet. But we will not be getting the books for the fcbd, maybe a few weeks after. Thanks for the text and offer to help distribute.

I thought I posted before this on this thread, maybe it was a pm. Thank you halk for distributing this, and Greg and Magnusr.
I wish their was a Spinal Tap comic, and I had a copy CGC graded at 11.

Brill :) Can't wait to have a drink and share some ideas!
P.S. I must have been mistaken thinking they were going to be here in time for FCBD, my bad!

I think only the shop that is ordering the 3000 will have them by FCBD, we'll have to get ours shipped around.

Just the fact that this happened was a mini miracle.

I sent $40 around 2:00 AM CST. Sorry I missed the midnight deadline.

And for all the work you are doing to organize this, keep the change.

It's not much, but if everyone throws in a few extra dollars in appreciation, it'll help!

Not necessary, but thanks Beyonder.

I will use it to buy shipping stuff.
