Before your thread was "hijacked" you were informed that there were other threads already about this. Look around and introduce yourself.

So is Steve Nash really going to make a difference for the Lakers or do they need Dwight Howard as well?

With the kind of energy being spouted from this newb, do we really WANT this to be represented at any possible meet-up? Me thinks no.

It was bad enough at the last poker game when Dr. Solar took off his pants, stood on the table and challenged everyone to "Russian leg-wrestling."JonesyAZ wrote:With the kind of energy being spouted from this newb, do we really WANT this to be represented at any possible meet-up? Me thinks no.

I think your memory is faulty. We were talking about legos.
So yeah, how about those legos? Anyone else want to try and get one for me?
I want the lego guy from this! I'm a big lego junkie.
If more than one person is willing to get one for me I would appreciate it. More the merrier. I will pay a small fee to anyone who is able to get their hands on one. Any other Lego freebies too. Lego seems to be the new drug for me.Friday - Room 25ABC

I just don't get the fascination some people have with Legos, aren't they kids toys? (Covers stash)Rubiks-Q-Bert wrote: Any other Lego freebies too. Lego seems to be the new drug for me.

How exactly can a thread be about Legos when I started a new thread and made it about San Diego Comic Con and the poker game?

Re: Valiant Poker Game & Meet up?
Because you come off harsh bro...newbs with an attitude are usually not treated well here, thus it becomes more amusing to derail the thread or take it to TO.Mandalore SD wrote:How exactly can a thread be about Legos when I started a new thread and made it about San Diego Comic Con and the poker game?
If you want to meet up with some people from this site and you are new, you are not going about it in a mindful way. Personally, you don't sound like someone I'd want to hang out with. My advise...take a breather, chill, relax, tone it down, and maybe show you' re not a loose cannon...

It's been said about 4 times now. There is a whole thread dedicated to the poker game. Go find it.Mandalore SD wrote:How exactly can a thread be about Legos when I started a new thread and made it about San Diego Comic Con and the poker game?

Re: Valiant Poker Game & Meet up?
Most threads here quickly devolve to something rather mundane and not related to the topic. It's hard for us to stay on target.Mandalore SD wrote:How exactly can a thread be about Legos when I started a new thread and made it about San Diego Comic Con and the poker game?
Folks, I know Mandalore, I've met him in person several times, and he is definitely a Valiant Fan. He's been at San Diego Comic-Con several times in the past. I think the hostility in this thread is the result of a misunderstanding, not any negative intent.
Hang out a bit on the board, Mandalore, get to know the folks, post a bit, and you'll find we are very welcoming I think your posts threw us off a bit because we all know each other fairly well. The folks at the poker game have known each other for a while, and we've built some strong friendships over the years, and asking to jump into the middle of it without us all knowing you threw us all off.
