Boring! Uninteresting characters, lame dialogue, cartoony art and basically just 40 odd pages of Ninjak killing Z list characters. Jeff Parker/Mike Norton have already had a crack at doing Ninjak and it was very average, why Valiant editor Lisa Hawkins saw to make her re-hire this team is perplexing...

I've not read any X-O series before Unconquered, so can't compare to other volumes - but i've been really enjoying this series and #4 continues to deliver. Let’s hope with all our might that the ‘Booster Gold’ rip off version of XO hoisted on us by Dennis Hallum is written out and it’s closer to the VDitti run.

Dennis Camp for some reason chose to write 4 basically stand alone issues in this mini series, seemingly only connected by having a different throwaway ‘baddie of the month’. Art looks phenomenal, possibly best ever XO art. Not heard good things about the writing team though so I’ve got reservations.

The more I see teasers of Liam Sharp’s art then the more I definitely want this book to come out. This could be the best art ever on an XO book..,is that a bold statement?
