So - just read issue 1. Got them all cheaply. Supporting LCS. Didn't even know they were publishing until it was done.

Will update and write reviews. Really. On my website as I get there.

Getting around to finishing my read of Dark Key and Dynamite Gold Key (finally!) and then plan on catching up on Valiant now - and then back over to Defiant.

Finished collecting all (except Broadway) and plan on reading at some time.

Then will see about what's next. Anyone else reading this again?

Funny how ALL of the Dark Key covers were so great.

The stories were somewhere between painful - and really bad.

But that preview issue may have been the best of the bunch. Certainly is the best of the Magnus stories.

I have found luck in befriending locals with storage. Came across some rarer books that were almost given away to me. From storage.

Look for an LCS that has tons of books - but few people interested in alternative stuff.

If they were the right price, I think Dinesh would buy them.

I still think that VEI could buy them - just to re-integrate. The price would have to be right. Every time it gets launched and failed, the value goes down a bit.

I actually had a talk with Atom! (my lone Valiant encounter) and he gave a clear response. He said, "Valiant would have them back if they could own them. Dinesh has made no secret about the fact that Solar was his favorite character.

Not saying I am pining - or even hoping.

But it could happen.

Peace came when I stopped buying all of the variants. Now, it has become difficult to even find pictures of all of the variants. Now, more time to read them?
