Were the VVSS books the exact same as the regular version, except signed and accompanied by a COA? If so, it doesn't really seem like a variant and also seems easier to fake.

Just started listening to this podcast and thought the thread deserves a bump. I'm alternating between newest and oldest episodes which creates an interesting experience. Especially the early "buying valiants" episode. Good stuff. Kudos to members who produce this.

Regarding the dialog, what you're missing is the context. See, all spider aliens look the same to Aric (he's specist), so every time he goes to kill one, he says "you're the one that took me, destroyed my village, etc." This scene is actually from a dream, flash forward sequence that takes...

I'm trying to fill in my collection. It's mostly some junk commons and the last issues of a couple series. Local shop is not an option. Where do you guys buy?

Patience on eBay or is there a better option? I'm trying to avoid buying 10 comics I already have, just to get one I need.
