It will take a few successful films to raise awareness of Valiant's deep history. With the Disney/Netflix moves recently, things are going to get super interesting ... Valiant must get into the film game in order to make a deeper impact.

I used to be an anti-slabber ... but it took my love of Valiant melted my icy heart. :D Although, my recent slabs are not Valiants! I've added Witchblade #1, and a few signed Steranko books. I hope to to have some Bob Layton signed books for my next round of submissions. Slabbing is love. :lol:

I hope to see Bob Layton at the All American Con in July to get him to finish off the final signature I need for my copy of Magnus #1.

I dunno if data will ever appear on this book. One dealer swears that its just as rare as the metal version, but I dunno. I do know that if you have a high grade copy, that it is worth slabbing. I intend to slab my copy.

I've encountered a couple comics that seemingly every copy has spine stress in the same place. When Dark Horse released Doctor Solar 1 in 2010, I ordered something like 50 copies of the regular cover (more to support the launch than as speculation) and when they arrived every copy had spine stress ...
