I'd add the X-O Manowar Humble Bundle "Unsigned" to your list. While we don't have a print run number on those, you can check CGC and see that there are two blue lable and two sig series (yellow label) that are out there.

Was an error or not supposed to have been made?I don't remember facepalm Yea, X-O#3 had a blank variant, I've only seen a few at Cons, and I think they weren't supposed to be made, but that could have just been the story to motivate people. I actually enjoy them, think they look sharp. I know that they can't be used on Signature Series (wish that label was yellow, like regular sig series), but vs the blue, I think they look really sharp, and catch the eye.
