Let's see... off the top of my head I would consider these VEI events. Not sure if I've overlooked any, but since the 2012 launch, that work's out to about one a year (granted that the events started in 2013 with HW).

I've also pretty much dropped everything eBay due to the Global Shipping Program. Costs are too prohibitive. Exchange rate doesn't help much either. If I can't find a US seller who doesn't use it or a seller outside of the US, I'm not buying. And I used to buy a lot.

Anytime a series gets to 12 and an arc is ending, there's a good chance it's the final issue... I've been wondering about Rai too though since the solicit doesn't state final issue explicitly.
