Yeah you just have to look at the tin very closely because the tins don't match the artwork that's in this particular picture.

Are you sure look very closely at the picture and the writing at the bottom. Because I have several of the preview tins but they don't look exactly like this one

This is the comic I believe to be the DEFIANT Comics Holy Grail. It's the Splatterball no foil variant. It's extremely difficult to find. It's possible less than ten exist.
