Re: Extra Secret Secret Weapons
The caveat is that this may not be it at all.
This may just be a change to their choice of lettering for Rex-O's dialog.

Re: List of Sig Series Sigs
Me too! I am thrilled. I thought that this book would come back 9.0/9.2 at best. It has some wear at the staples that I personally grade pretty harshly, but I guess CBCS does not.greg wrote:We want to see it when it arrives!

Well. I got a notice from CBCS that this book was finally shipping, and I looked it up. I am quite pleased with the results.

I don't really think they need a writer. They should just conjure the demon Forneus and channel the stories from his ancient teachings.

This. There is a lot of reality in this post that applies to a vast amount of life in general. I won't go deep into it, but this concept affects our concepts of self-worth, relative net worth, perceived physical attraction, competitive athletic performance, and MUCH more. Well, hello there, you sex...

I have a hunch that the story may have read better as individual issues, rather than as presented in the Hardcover. It felt much more like three intertwining stories being told in the three series as it was coming out, rather than the "month one", "month two", etc format it is pr...

Re: DC Comics Relaunching Everything In June
I read this Rebirth one-shot. It was ok. It felt a bit like watching a magician perform and I knew how he did all of his tricks. There is a way this could all go down though that would be incredible. It won't go that way though. Don't tease, Tito -- Let's hear it. :thumb: First, the heroes of the D...

The only *wrong* way to buy, read, and collect Valiant Comics is *not* to buy and read them. Other than that, it's a personal preference. Except for a very few handful of items (like DMG books, corrected Ninjak dustcovers, etc), everything will always be available, and you can go back to grab them l...

You're asking the Valiant Fans Message Board if your Valiant obsession is strange?
We are the least capable of analyzing Valiant Obsession objectively.

Is Heroes Brew Fest worth it? $50 a ticket, but I think the beer is included? Getting day-drunk on Saturday sounds fun. Enthusiastically, YES. Get the "General Admission + 2 hours of free tasting ticket". The first two hours is where it is at. Unlimited tastings of tons of great beers. I'...

I own one of the CGC 9.8 SS A&A #0 (Gold) signed by Shooter and Layton. I am aware of another CGC 9.8 SS A&A #0 (Gold) that was signed by Layton, and I sold a CGC 9.6 SS A&A #0 (Gold) that was signed by Shooter. Not sure about the others, but I hope this helps somewhat. Yes, helpful! It...

Re: List of Sig Series Sigs
What I am really trying to figure out if there are any with BWS's sig out there.
I submitted my "scribbled on or signed by Barry Windsor Smith" A&A 0 gold to CBCS for signature authentication. If it comes back a positive, I'd like to know what else is out there (if anything).
