Re: What video game are you currently playing?
Yeah. Amazon did a good job this year of matching some of the doorbuster prices on new games that many of the big stores were offering. They had most of the major releases from the past month on lightning deals for about $28.Daniel Jackson wrote:Wow, good price for Arkham City.

Re: What video game are you currently playing?
Went a little crazy on holiday deals. Gears 3 showed up today in the mail. Arkham City and AC:Brotherhood (year behind, I know) are now on their way. That will probably keep me busy until Mass Effect 3 hits next year. Managed to get Arkham City for $28 on a lightning deal tonight, after getting wait...

Re: Metal Gear Solid - HD Collection
This comes out on Tuesday anyone plan on picking it up? -Brian I'll wait for the price to drop significantly, if ever. I'm not even sure what the third title is, but I seem to recall there's not actually a physical disc for it in this set...just a download code for Peace Walker. I also read the lac...

Fully engrossed in Mass Effect 2 right now. I finally got around to picking it up during the holidays when Amazon had it for 9.99 on a lightning deal. The game is so cool, even if I kind of miss driving around in the Mako on planets. Wow, great deal on that. I was really happy to pick it up that ch...

I was going to wait and pick it up a month after the release, but I broke down over the weekend just because I'm such a Halo nerd. Tore through the campaign on Heroic over about three nights. I'll probably go back and do Legendary later on. I don't have Gold right now, so I have not dipped into the ...

This is happening like 2 blocks from my office. I'm half tempted to go sit in for awhile. Testimony on copyright would likely be pretty dull though.

I found a tub of our old turtle toys in some stuff my parents brought up recently. I haven't really dealt with them yet, since I've been focusing more on sorting the LEGO stuff and getting sets put back together. I somehow ended up with the scout vehicle MISB still. I think I bought it at a toy stor...

Unity 0 is a consideration as well, since it is such an iconic cover. I think the red version looks the best, if you have an extra to display that is. Red is one of the only early promo books I never picked up. They were still floating at $65+ when I was in my completionist phase and the wife would...

Hey all, it's been awhile since I was around much...but I started going through some long boxes the other night and had the VALIANT bug rekindled a bit. Running out of space in the house though, so I might have to let some of it go. Planning to keep all my pre-unity stuff though. That will never lea...

I borrowed the Ninja Gaiden DS game from a friend, as he said it was a must play. It's fairly easy but I'm stuck on one boss, who just requires a style of fighting completely different from any other enemy I've had to face in the game yet. I must have tried to beat it 30 times last night before givi...

Top games for the NDS
We have a DS that just hasn't been getting much use lately. I'd like to change that, but would like some input from others.
What do you see as the top games for the system that are must haves? We already have Phantom Hourglass and New Super Mario Bros.
