I was a litte confused at first, because I thought you were talking about the logo of the book, and I didn't see any difference. However, when I looked through my Turok Golds, I noticed exactly what you're talking about (I think). Most of the Golds I have, the actual picture of Turok is more yellow-...

I can get a copy for free - if you send me $72.50. That's $71.50 for Media Mail and $1 for the box. PM me if you're interested. That sounds like a Neatstuffstuff auction. The books themselves sell for a penny each, but you end up paying for them with the shipping. My LAST deal with him, I paid $30....

I have updated my list as I am working on a deal for the other Valiant Voices. You found someone with a Valiant Voice #19 that is willing to part with it??? Good for you, find out if they have an extra copy for me, I'm at the point now where I'd trade my extra CEAR for it. I had a Valiant V...

Why keep re-booting and re-trying the same concepts over and over? It was just a year or two ago when the last Doom Patrol attempt was released and cancelled.

The Doom Patrol was great during Grant Morrison's run, but that's the only interest I have in that title.

Shooter spoke in a recent interview that he wasnt paid for the issues and therefore he didnt write them, so how could you have the artwork? Hmmm, according to this page http://www.valiantcomics.com/valiant/joe/u2kinfo.asp it looks like Shooter plotted out all six issues and scripted at least up til...

Geez, you guys are killing me, only 3 days left and still no bids?? Those early issues are a bit easier to come by than the later ones, but I still think Valiant Voice issues are still going to be some of the toughest things for a Valiant collector to check off his list. Aside from eBay, I've only f...

Actually I seem to recall that Dsire bought that from Skiw, neither of whom I've seen here since the big crash. I think that $100 price was just about right, though

I won a bunch of the Italian edition Valiants on eBay and I just got a card from the post office today saying they have arrived, so I'm pretty jazzed.

That's a variant quilt with the special rip feature, it's even more limited than a Bloodshot Platinum, but I might be able to make it available in a trade.

Valiant Voice lot on eBay

I have a seven issue lot of Valiant Voice issues up on eBay right now. Check them out. We all know how hard it is to find these issues, as they don't even come up on eBay very frequently. Here's the link:

Using Greg's handy dandy artist index, it looks like Chen's earliest work was a cover for Solar #19, which is also credited to Barry Windsor-Smith. It looks like Sean's first full work was on Rai (and the Future Force) #9.

I have 6 copies of the Shadowman Vol 3 #6. I just sold one on ebay for $20.50 and it arrived in very nice shape, thank you very much! I still haven't decided whether I'm going to try to collect all the Acclaim books, but I figured I would pick up some of the harder to find issues, like the Vol. 3 S...

I will consider my collection complete once I get someone to cough up a copy of Valiant Voice #19, one issue away from 100%. I doubt that I'll ever make much of an effort to get a Bloodshot Platinum #0, as I don't think it qualifies as a variant, but more as a printing run test error which wasn't me...

No, the 'Nam had nothing to do with the New Universe and wasn't supposed to have anything to do with the Marvel Universe until they introduced Frank Castle into the book. It was an attempt at a realistic look at the Vietnam War. In at least the early stages of the book (as far as I have read so far)...

I've picked up a lot of nice runs on and off eBay for relatively little, the problem is finding time to read all of them. Here's just a few of the better ones: Grendel (Comico) #1-40 $60 eBay Doom Patrol #19-63 (complete Grant Morrison run) $20 at a comic show Crossfire (Eclipse) #1-26 it's been a w...

I think you have to throw Harbinger #10 out there even though it is after Unity. First HARD Corps, as anyone who read Rai #0 knows, the HARD Corps play a big part in the future of the Valiant Universe.

What about Solar #7. Isn't that supposed to be the first appearance of any of the X-O armors?
