Psylocke is a mutant now but originally wasn't. She is Captain Britain's twin sister and switched bodies with a mutant assassin. That is why I said "originally" This is a common misconception, but both Brian and Elizabeth were born mutants. It's canon Not according to AOA or marvel.com.

Actually, it was the inker who put in the extra finger, IIRC.

Liefeld draws much better than I. It's just that there are so many more talented artists who can't catch a break whilst Robbie L keeps getting work. I dunno.

He's still got it in the JSA books... except for the current story arc which takes place in an alternate future where he's dead. BUT he did have it as of last month's issue. I am pretty sure that he gets his ring back before the end of the Solomon Grundy mini. Scott Kolins did that, right? I'll hav...

Really? Seriously? Zephyr was the main character for crying out loud. It was like the EIC was messing with the writer and told him not to use any good characters. Secret weapons had a better team by this point, and was a much better read. No one, ever, should be able to say that Secret Weapons was ...

Thanks for the links. I don't read GL because it's not Alan Scott and I pretty much hate Hal Jordan as a character. I am very grateful that it appears Paul Kirk hasn't been *SQUEE* in this mini. An Alan Scott fan, eh? Oh, you'll be jealous of me, then...I have a Martin Nodell sketch of Alan ...

I received my copies today, as well. And I even, y'know, read 'em! Nice stuff, here. It has a real DC Silver Age feel to it, so I guess that's "mission accomplished"!

Thanks!

Re: Blackest Night #8 *spoilers*

But here's the best part-- In the DCU, dead is now dead. No more characters dying and then showing back up a year later. When someone dies, it's for good. Or at least, until Nekron is brought back again. So--how many dead heroes got resurrected before they made that rule? (and, yes, I notice...

Some guy originally stole them and posted 'em on a site dedicated to comic art. I asked for a credit/link, but never got it.

Site's down because geocities went away. A new one is currently underway.

Lotsa good Rai stuff in those final issues, slym. Even if they are post-UNITY. :P The "Bad Penny" story was particularly good. There was an appearance of the greatest VALIANT hero of all time! Yer d@mned skippy it was! (But that happened in RAI; I'm making a case for the final run on MRF)
