I just jumped on CBCS website, and was able to start up a membership, with no charges. I bounced around on their forum, no notice of payment for a membership. Now I will say I haven't sent anything in for a grading, but I am considered a member now. Give it a try

I love statistics, and follow them exceptionally well for football (I fair quite well in Fantasy Football). I too am not smart enough to make what your asking, but would find it extreamly interesting. The data alone would be exciting!

At those prices, it will be hard for local comic book stores to make much money unless they have a good sized amount of Valiant fans that shop there.
