I place very idiosyncratic values on CGC SS books. These are a few factors I consider: (1) Is the book significant to the comics world? (2) Is it significant to me personally? (3) Who signed it (someone important to comics or someone I like alot)? (4) How does it look on the cover? (5) How does the...

I'm amazed that it is only in the last year or two that it has been revived and is in demand. Back in the UK this graphic novel was in the bargin bins for ever. It was as if regular comic book readers were affraid to embrace a graphic novel.
