So I am trying to look at "local" comic conventions. I say "local", because even these are a 3 to 6 hours drive for me. Anyone been to any of these and can either recommend (or recommend that I avoid?)

That is correct, Ebay not getting much of my attention these days.
It seems to be the burger stand that everyone in highschool hung out
at in our younger days, but some of us have moved on.

Yes, I really do have over 10,000 comic books listed for less than
a buck. Most are on sale for 97 cents.

Almost 17,000 total comic books listed !!

AND I just passed 1,000 postive on Ebay !!

Yes, wife rather insists there be more room in the extra bedroom.
Garage is packed full, so again, I peddle more of the lower tier books.
This time it is lots of 75, that's right 75.... boggles the mind.
BUT, I have found that I can safely and securely get 75 comic books
into a Priority Mail box ...
