X-O: Birth at the NYCC

First impression--looks awesome. The recoloring is beautiful. Nice solid package, definitely feels like you get your money's worth. New X-O story is exciting and feels very much like old school Valiant. Full review coming soon on Sequart.org.

The "Buried Alien" issue was #17 (and an incredible issue it was). Some of the other cameos in #50 are Ren & Stimpy and Spawn (well, his arm, at least).

This was an awesome issue, and it is in fact Quasar in the "X-O" armor. There are more cameos by characters from other companies in this issue as well.
