Howdy all! Long time since I've even looked at the board, but I did get the Harbinger and X-O Hardback books when they came out. Are those really rare? I've never seen either of them anywhere since. Just wondering and glad to be back on here!

Kinda hopping on this one, but I have a couple of holes in my Valiant cards that I would like to fill. 3 of the Promo Art ones and one of the first appearance cards, as well as the oversized cards (all of them). Can anyone with extras help me out?

Just to make everyone jealous. I found a great comic book shop in Memphis a couple of years ago, and bought Armorines V2 1-4 for a whopping $2. Also picked up a couple of the Unity 2000 1-3 for $1 each! Oh, yeah, and 4 VVSS books for $50 at another store there! And no. I'm not parting with them ...

Bad Eggs, IMO is one of the better non-Valiant VH2 books that Acclaim put out. Great, funny read! Is there a complete list of the Acclaim books out there? I thought I remembered seeing one someplace. jp

My best purchase I can think of is back in 1990 right before being deployed to Operation Desert Storm I bought X-Men 97-114 for $200. I thought that was pretty fair back then, and really do now.

Best Valiant/Acclaim purchases: Psi-Lords, Geomancer, Magnus, and X-O Database VVSS's for $50, Unity ...

I got my X-O #1/2 from Wizard when i renewed my subscription and it is the regular edition

I bought one from the other guy (auctiondivatexas) that was selling them a while back. I wasn't too upset paying $75 for it. Fantstic book . jp

Here's a crazy thought. Why don't we pool what we have and try to fill in each other's missing cards? I have quite a few wants and extras that I'd be willing to trade to others. Any thoughts? jp

After purchasing two boxes of the DM cards, I gave up and won an ebay auction for the Transition cards and have picked up one here and one there over the past. I am now the owner of a complete set of Deathmate Cards ( I know, I know---whoohoooo, but it was still an accomplishment).

I think the only market for those cards is the few of us, me included, who are trying to fill in holes in our older sets. I have boxes of those cards and am trying to fill in the missing cards, that are sadly, mostly the insert cards. Those cards still are quite expensive on ebay. There is a ...

Hit the KC comicon today and met a couple of board members! Biggest score was the Solar Alpha & Omega HC and Predator/Magnus TPB for a whopping $25 combined. Also picked up several books for a buck a piece. Even managed to pick up a couple of the Plasm cards in the tins. Yes, I said couple of sets ...

A 11x18" envelope. Unity: Time is not absolute Limited Edition from Valiant and Capital. Capital City Exclusive. This has a Frank Miller cover (I think) and is from 1992. Any ideas what this thing is? We didn't. Also picked up VF copies of Magnus/Predator and Solar Alpha & Omega for ...
