That's what I want to know!

He didn't seem like much of a threat. Why did Samedi need Bloodshot to go to the future to kill him/ Why couldn't Samedi do it? :?

Re: Harbinger Wars II #3 Discussion

Kind of a tough read for a big H.A.R.D. Corps fan. Palmer seems like a straight up villain now rather than someone pressed into doing morally ambiguous things for either a greater good or to keep his head from exploding. He doesn't even seem like a strong or competent villain. Even Grave Dog never ...

Re: Harbinger Wars II #3 Discussion

This may be the worst thing that I have read from modern Valiant. Who are we supposed to be rooting for? Everyone is thoroughly unlikeable, with the possible exception of Ninjak. I don't want to read about these versions of Livewire, Bloodshot, and Charlie Palmer. All of whom I have really enjoyed i...

I really enjoyed this issue.

Trained dogs with Bloodshot's abilities would be quiet an asset in times of war; particularly during WWI.

Re: Eternity #4 Discussion

In my opinion, this was the least enjoyable of all the Divinity miniseries.

I just didn't get it.

How did David Camp fire a bullet that went back in time and through the cosmos?

And most of the inhabitants of the Unknown seem pretty powerful, yet a regular ol' bullet killed the Observer?

Regarding the Pioneer:

Why does she have a hammer and axe in her origin story, but a single (combined?) weapon in the main Stalinverse story?

It's portrayed like that in Dr. Mirage as well.
I don't remember that. I'll have to go back and look.

I remember most of them being demonic.

Re: 4001 AD #4 Discussion

well, I thought as an event 4001 was kind of underwhelming. 2 pages of recap, then 6 pages wrapping up the final battle. The rest of the issue was an epilogue. Rai just beats Father by hitting him with his sword. It wasn't a memorable fight, there wasn't any plan, strategy, or defining moment to it...

Future Quest 1

Great issue. If you are not familiar, this is a reintroduction of most of the Hanna-Barbera heroes from old 1960's cartoons. I grew up in the 70's watching the reruns. I have a soft spot for many of these characters, Space Ghost, The Herculoids, Johnny Quest, etc. Written by Jeff Parker and drawn by...
