Re: Need advice on selling VEI runs and oddities

Yeah, I have, but usually Lots sell for less per issue. Its a convenience to me the seller, so I was anticipating selling things at under value. For instance, most (if not all) of the bloodshot comics are worth $4 each. I have a 19 issue lot. I would not expect to get $76 for it. Would it be ...

Need advice on selling VEI runs and oddities

I looked through the stickied posts, but didn't find the answers I was looking for, so hopefully this is the right way to ask.

I'm in the process of consolidating, and I have a large number of VEI comics that I'm looking to sell. Quite a few of them are full runs, or at least contiguous runs. I ...

Re: VH1 TPBs?

I have a question about the Solar Trades. I have both the "Alpha & Omega" and "Second Death" TPB's, but there is also a hard slipcover Solar listed. Is it just a fancy case version of the Alpha & Omega TPB, or is it a different collection?

WTS: Magnus Robot Fighter 25 uncut Cover sheet

Hey fellow Valiant friends!

I have one of those uncut cover sheets of Magnus Robot Fighter 25 from 1992. I've had it for at least a decade now, but have finally decided to Sell it as me and the wife are moving, and we are doing a substantial reduction in our possessions. The item is in rather good ...

Huge lot of Comics for Sale. Singles, Runs, & Lots

Hello fellow Valiant friends! I am taking a stab at selling comics by parting with some of my collection. I have always wanted to get into selling comics, so this is quite exciting! I have quite a few comics to sell, and I prefer to sell them in runs and lots, and will discount them as such. Please ...

Quake 3 Arena - Custom Valiant Skins

Ever since I played Quake 3 for the first time back in 99, I have desperately wanted to create custom content for the game. I decided in an unusual stint of free time that I would sit down and do it. Only 12 years too late, right? So anyhow, What these are are custom skins for Quake 3 Arena player ...

I recomend all the issues written by Gail Simone. She did the last few issues of deadpools run, and most of the issues in Agent X, the quazi sequel to Deadpool that predated Cable/deadpool.

The best issue of deadpool i ever read though, is deadpool #11. Seriously. Great stuff.

ToupyDoops

It has been forever and a day since I have posted on any board. I felt I needed to come back and say hi. But I also have something important to say. There is a comic called Toupydoops out now. It is quite hillarious, and serves as a decent in-joke to the comic community. I highly recomend picking it ...

Solar Image on my DA account

I just revitalized my Deviant Art account....meaning i remembered it existed after like 3 years. So anyhow, I uploaded a new desktop screenshot, and of course, a picture I made of Solar-Man of the atom real quick. Its not amazing, but you guys might get a kick out of it.

Wow...didn't know I needed a guide to understand it. Well, Thems the breaks.
You either get something so continuity heavy like Infinite Crisis...or something boring like House of M.

Am I the only one who thought Unity was the only good crossover made?

When I was just getting back into comics 2 years ago, one of my LCS's had a pack of the whole deathmate series for $15. I bought it. The half by Valiant wasn't bad reading. THe half by image was utter crap.

Hmm...think I did read part of "The Trial of Marc Spektor"--is that the one where Spidey & the Punisher guest-star (somewhere in the 18-23 range)?

I'm really interested in finding good early (pre-1985) Moon Knight guest shots (ie, not counting his 1st series).

First time I ever encountered Moon ...

According to Newsarama, Rob Liefeld is going to release a trade collection of his original Youngblood mini. Whats interesting is, hes Remastering the steaming pile. I stopped buying new books quite a while ago. The price they want for a comic book now is just crazy in my opinion. I also got tired of buying 5 or 6 titles of the same character a month just to follow the story line I was reading.

I understand what your saying. But when you consider what ...
