I would like to add my 2 cents: I agree with Bob Layton, in regards to acquiring the rights after Acclaims "end" but I have to say that for creator-owned comics there is still a market. You need good reviews, strong word of mouth and patience. Maybe your energies would be better focused on...

After UNITY X-O Manowar was fine up to #25, then it got messed up. I enjoyed RAI & Magnus the most, since they were the future of the Valiant Universe. I thought that Eternal Warrior kept on its intended course. Solar was not all bad, the Solar/Darque/Destoryer story arc was better than the Dr. ...

If Gilad gave a blood transfusion, would that person go 'nuts' or become partly immortal? I though that Project Rising Sun was looking @ Gilad for as a potential candiate not only for his 'healing; but his apparent immortality. Did the VH-1 stories ever reveal how the members of Rising Sun figured o...

For me X-O lost it soon after returning from the 'seeding' story, the book had a great potential by keeping Aric in the past for 6 month then maybe another 6 months lost in space. The thing I didn't like is that only the armor seems to evolve all those years, but Aric didn't. He seemed just a more e...

Sector3600, You raise some good points about the X-O armor. I have great respect for John Ostranders writing in Firestorm. Firestorm was one heck of a read from #58 to #100. It could be argued that historical research was limited after the Malev invasion. How long does it take for a resident geoman...

Harbinger #1, #2 vs Harbinger #0: A kink in the VH1 armor?

Sting (Peter Stanchek) & Harada. In #0, Harada took a keen interest in recruiting and even training Peter. In addition, #1 supposedly picks up from something and the readers are to believe it’s this #0 issue. #1 works well for the most part with #0. But in #2, Peter acts like he's meeting Harada...

Troublemakers - it seemed to be the best of various concepts, like having a disfuncitional Fantastic Four for a family and you are the test subjects or playing god with your own children or early days of Generation X or the New Mutants or a differnet take on the Harbinger theme!

Given that the ring controls the X-O Manowar class armor, I don't think the armor can "corrupt or take-over" someone. If spider alien armor (commando class) was good enough for the "Future Force" to accept in their ranks, why not Manowar class? Sure there was sentience to the Ma...

the coven didnt need a new shadowman because magic was destroyd in '99, so there would be no point. How was magic destroyed :? In the 41st century there was still Geomancy? Are you refering to the 'Darque' power? That supposedly ended in Chaos Effect and Shadowman was still around until 1999. Geoma...

Wasn't it the ad for HARD Corps#13 that read "Valiant: Where dead is dead."? Wonder if they would have kept that promise? Yes, it did. In fact, some Valiant upper staff members did interviews in which they were reffering to Marvel's periodic "Dead/Not Dead" characters and that V...

I remember reading an article, way back, about Bloodshot's death in RAI #0. The person being interviewed was a writer for Valiant, & he had hinted that Bloodshot does not really die in the battle with AX. He was being extrememly vague about it, but that was the jist of his explanation. Boda I t...

Lost in space forever from the way I understood it.
Why wouldn't it return to the Spider Aliens?

It supposedly had a homing instinct when it went to seed.

Harada lied. WHY :?: Because in Harbinger Files #1, Harada LOST his powers for a short time after the crash in Solar #3. So if this story is in continuity, then Harada couldn't have Pete's group under his control during that time. Remember Screen, he said that he was from another resistance and tell...

In my opinion, Pete was the series. Any other member of the team could be replaced, but him. With his omega powers he was WAY out of anyone else besides HArada's league. Since he could also activate harbinger powers he could eventually have replaced the team. I do agree that Zephyr is important to ...
