Saturday morning: listening to the 'only the valiant' podcast on i tunes, just made some coffee....life is good......keep up the great podcast guys, love it.......

No need to worry about wrinkles guys, it was temporary and the comic bounced back into crisp shape......

Nice story, I like what you said about Valiant being like a 'private club.' I like to think of it that way too. I mean, Marvel titles, DC titles - all for the masses but Valiant or Defiant were exclusive....like a well kept secret that only we know of...

Greg, I basically placed like 3 long boxes in my apartment dumpster around 2004.......uhhhhhmm, then just walked away Luckily, these days the prices for those back issues are sane so I am building up my complete collection and not breaking the bank. p.s. First of all, great site, really glad Valiant is still alive after it's untimely demise. I truly miss those anticipated Wednesday's looking forward to what's out that week, seeing those distinct covers amid the same as usual Marvel, DC, Image etc... I am 43 and started reading comics with the death ...
