This image makes me want to see an A&A/Q&W crossover *so* bad.

Now that I think about, the Voltron Force reboot included something called Volcomms, which produced energy weapons a la Rai... Hmm...

At first, I hated the image. Then when I saw it in higher detail, I noticed that what looked like facepaint was an update on the classic mask.

Suddenly, with the mask involved, this has a lot more intrigue for me. I'd love it if being Shadowman were a curse...

Yes, we are at $1000 plus auction totals! Add this in to my personal contribution and we're cooking with gas! Actually, I'm really digging the new X-O design thus far. Very organic, very Evangelion (and I meant that in a good way) while still keeping the core elements.

Kevin, that's actually part of every year's ritual. We set up all the toys, snap a "posed shot" - then take various pictures as we deliver them as well.

I'll be posting this year's shots the week of/week after delivery.
