My local store doesn't carry Comic Shop News. Do I have to place an order with Midtown Comics just to get this? We'll see.

Re: (Original) VALIANT COMIC STORIES TIMELINE - by Joshua Ev
March 29 – Archer, Armstrong and Geoff McHenry return from the Lost Land. Geoff retakes the mantle of Geomancer from his Uncle Clay. (Editor’s Note: We know that these events must take place before 1999 because of Rai #0. I see no reason not to use the date given in Playing God, a fan project that ...

I agree. But foreplay can be fun.jmatt wrote:I like it overall, good art and dialogue. But it's hard to go wild since the book is mostly plotline setup for the rest of the story arc.

Re: Eternal Warrior Winter 2012 FCBD Valiant Image
I wonder how Gilad's immortality will be played out in this new Valiant. In VH1 we know that the brothers could lose entire limbs and they would heal without scars. Will this new Gilad be covered in scars from all the battles he's fought throughout history, or is it that whatever caused this scarrin...

Re: X-O Manowar #1, Same Day Digital!
With comixology you don't actually get a .cbr do you? I have comixology on my Kindle and can't find any .cbr's. If I'm going to spend the same amount for a digital copy as I would for a physical copy, I would like to choose what vehicle I view it on. If comixology went out of business what would hap...

What I really liked about OMAC was how much it looked and felt like Kirby. Oh well... at least they also cancelled Hawk & Dove.

I do plan on making a timeline as the new books come out. Greg and I have had a brief conversation about how to display it. It's actually already started with the C2E2 Free View. Just waiting until Saturday to really delve into it. I've also started making an Acclaim timeline and am about 15 books i...

Re: Re-thinking Rai #0 from an editorial perspective
This is a really good point. As a Valiant history enthusiast the issue is great for bridging the gap between the two time periods. But I can imagine how frustrating it must have been for the writers that the audience already knows what happens to the characters. It would have been interesting to see...
