Does the cgc label say they were pressed, or do you know they were? And if so, how?

CGC does not denote pressing as they cannot detect it reliably (if at all, at least professional press-jobs.)

Not speaking for him, but I would imagine sckao submitted these himself, and that's how he knows they ...

Well, yes. There is a considerable chance that you will never see Jim Shooter work again on a Gold Key character for Dark Horse. (Or on a Valiant character for VEI for that matter)

It's pretty clear from the complaint that even if Jim's other company were involved, that work could also not interfere or compete with VEI. That's not a loophole.

In my opinion, it looks pretty bad for Mr. Shooter.

After reading the complaint, it's pretty clear that Valiant doesn't have a large network infrastructure.

The loss of Shooter's notebook contents seems to indicate that all the planning documents were also lost means the company held no regular backups of Shooter's files and that the files were not ...
