Yup. Of the four mini-series, one will end with #4, one will be published more or less constantly for 8 issues (probably over the course of a full year), one will publish for four issues, go on hiatus for 6 to 18 months and publish another 4 ...

It would be nice to see them hang out one more time...

Having said that, I'm one of the few on these boards that enjoy the Dynamite Gold Key relaunch and prefer keeping the Gold Key Three separate from the current Valiant Universe.

The " transmission reading" was initially confusing to me as well; however, I think that sets up for a reveal that Magnus, while human, wasn't born, but rather created ala eugenics or something, by A1, let's be realistic, martial arts can be taught, but deciphering radio transmissions in ones head ...

This is how I felt after reading it!

I'm not sure if it was because I was about to go to sleep, but I kept dozing off every two pages. Didn't enjoy the pacing much. Still getting the second issue though because it's on my pull list.

Now I understand Valiant isn't the only company that does zero issues DC did a month of them for god sakes but still Dynamite has been trying so hard with the Gold Key.

NC: I noticed that Magnus’ girlfriend Leeja is now a female version of Judge Dredd and the robot police chief H8 has been recast ...

Cool! Thanks for putting this together! I'm enjoying the Gold Key books at the mo', so this was a good listen!
