Harbinger Wars?

I am about to get into the Harbinger Wars mini-crossover, should I read Harbinger vol. 3 Harbinger Wars first or Harbinger Wars mini? I figure I can read Bloodshot: Harbinger Wars after those, since it seems to tie more directly into the Harbinger Wars mini, than Harbinger vol. 3.

Re: Terry Moore's Motor Girl?

Does your local library carry GNs? If they do, they might carry Terry Moore's books, I know mine do usually.

Re: Catalyst Prime (New CB Universe)

That is good, I hope they keep that crap out of it as it drove me from most of Marvel comics (that & their flood of events). I don't mind diverse characters if they are done well & the stories are good. I hope Milestone Media & DC doesn't screw up the reboot of their Milestone comic line...

Re: Axel Alonso out of Marvel

:? I hope it is in an attempt to right the ship, I am going to miss Marvel Superhero comics, as I am counting down the weeks till they screw up Spider-man: Miles Morales & I'll be officially done with the Marvel SHU; thus forced to just follow Marvel Star Wars.

Re: Anyone play Table Top RPGs?

I used to play quite regularly as a teen & into my 20's, but have not done so in a very long time now. My gaming group from back then is still active, but I don't live in my hometown anymore. Used to love playing D&D, Rifts, Robotech, & Shadowrun primarily. RIFTS & Robotech for the ...

Re: Anyone play Table Top RPGs?

Anyone play Table Top RPGs here? Yep, for years and years now. If so, do you run campaigns or just play? I mostly end up running campaigns because there are too few others that can/will. I get a chance to just be a player once in a while, but never enough. If you do both what are your favorite RPGS...

Re: Anyone play Table Top RPGs?

I have a TON of D&D 3.5 stuff, everything from books, magazines (both Dungeon and Dragon), maps, hundreds of minis, etc, etc that I hope will be used someday. My friends are not that much into geek stuff, and I am not the most social guy, so going to stores looking for a group is a "no, th...

Re: Catalyst Prime (New CB Universe)

I hate forced diversity in comics, but this doesn’t feel that way. It feels like how the world is. Not all the books are great, but they’re not obnoxiously pushing an agenda. I agree forced diversity is crap no matter the media but if it is done organically & with respect to the comic I have ze...

Re: Marvel Legacy

I said it before, the only Marvel title I am following is Spider-manL Miles Morales, because so far it is solid. But if what I've seen is true & they have him hook up with Gwen-pool I might drop Marvel superheroes completely & focus only on their Star Wars titles instead. Every thing I've he...

I have felt that over the last year or so, things are feeling more & more haphazard... I can see what you're saying. Not having read HARBINGER/XO/BLOODSHOT/ARCHER&ARMSTRONG/XO(2012) as it came out, in retrospect it works together really well establishing different threads with different ton...

Anyone play Table Top RPGs?

Anyone play Table Top RPGs here? Can you guess? I do. If so, do you run campaigns or just play? I ran a few back in the day & then was a player up till about two-to-two & a half years ago & I am a DM now mainly. If you do both what are your favorite RPGS to run & your favorire RPGS t...

Re: Catalyst Prime (New CB Universe)

I am looking forward to learning more about Noble & Superb looks interesting. Having a superhero with Down-syndrome is intriguing especially on how they received their powers; I hope that they don't simply make a gimmick to sell the comic. I'd like to see how they deal with Jonah deals with his ...

The last scene in Wet Moon vol. 6 by Sophie Campbell were Cleo learns who attacked & nearly killed Trilby in the previous volume. I won't spoil it, but I liked how Sophie handled it.

Re: Hollywood names attached to Harbinger movie

I always felt it was problematic that Pete was still treated as one of the good guys after what happened between him and Kris. And no, it didn't really help that Pete saw the error of his ways. If people aren't allowed to learn from their mistakes then we are all doomed. Unfortunately that is where...

Re: Why do comics fans say Captain America would be ashamed.

Marvel they'll start slow occasionally but then go hamfisted then next. I blame Marvel for the event mania that has gripped them. One event after another, there is no time to let things develop. Let Cap (as you said) slowly doing shady things out of character, has his closest friends worry about the...
