Re: Needs to be said....Dinesh is one of the classiest i've ever encountered.
You are correct in saying that your encounter with Dinesh is one that many of us have had through out the years with him. He bends over backwards for fans. All I can say is wait until you meet him (and I highly suggest you attempt to make that happen). He has non-stop energy, and will talk to you al...

Re: New Valiant CGC 9.8s for sale!
I bought “The Valiant” #1 1:100 CGC 9.8, “The Valiant” #2 and #3 1:50 CGC 9.8s, and Book of Death #3 Sound of Thunder CGC 9.8 SS. Whoever got “The Valiant” #4 1:50 got a great deal on a key first appearance book. I have that one already and am happy to have filled in with other variant issues to wh...

Re: CGC Signature Series Sketches on Blank Covers
I've done this once, but with a signature series book, and it was quite similar to what Devilsrain said. The one thing I would add is make sure the artist gives basic information (phone number, address, etc) as they will try and contact them. I did this with Kekai Kotaki (X-O #15 1:50), and I was ve...

Re: Bloodshot #9 - Frankie's Comic's Exclusive Variant
There has been absolute zero info beyond this FB post besides the fact that it's supposed to be in 4 different shops . 2 in America, one in Canada, and one in Great Britton. Where did you even get this information from? Do you which UK shop it's going to be? I've been following Alan Quah for a whil...

Re: DBS's 100% CONFIRMED "Rare" Print Run Info
I just noticed, not a single Bloodshot (2012) book showed up in the CONFIRMED rare print run, is that because Dinesh can't remember those numbers, or just didn't have those numbers readily available? Every 1:25 variant has to be under some of those lowest total confirmed numbers. I know these numbe...

My book came in so well wrapped, even got a little “thank you” card for participating. Hope my little bit helped Scott and his family, I know I love my book! Real tough to see Jeff Lemire’s signature, but it’s there (written in black) https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200915/f1a3d3e5b3c947c4e75320a...

Re: Valiant fan Scott Sahle (doodlebird) had a stroke - his family is selling his books
There will be some ebay sales here coming up this weekend (Sunday - Sunday), if I can remember, I will post them here. Thinking Greg walked away with a prize the other day, such a great pick-up on that X-O #25 variant! Think a simple cleaning/press makes that book a 9.8!

That X-O Manowar story from Dysart... Such a good one-shot! All the feels of a Dysart book, has to be #1
I've been really enjoying the Rai story, it's been very solid. His internal conflict between AI and Human is intriguing.

Re: CGC White "THE FUTURE OF VALIANT" Custom Label
It costs an extra $5 bucks to get when submitting and I thought that I read that the labels were going to be limited to a number of 500 case applications when they first came out 2 or 3 years ago. Like a “limited edition” kind of thing although I can’t find any current info. However, it seems like ...

Re: Rarest Bloodshot Comic book?
About all I know regarding this book, is that these books were beat up when sent out. Very few shipped with care, so the one or two 9.8's will sell for a pretty penny. No clue about print run, except whatever it might have been, they sold out. Again though, they were beat up when shipped, so if that...

Re: FCBD 2020 Bloodshot
New female character in the last panel shows up, could be interesting. Female character? Dallow, not making fun, but you didn't realize that it was the girl from the Bloodshot movie? I can't remember her name right now. I mean, she is, isn't she? I agree very much with other comments that Wiggins c...

Y'all are some serious hard-core slabbers!! Congrats to all the winners! I've won my first this year, Bloodshot (2012). I started playing around with this set a few years back, after I realized I had 5 or 6 slabs. Got serious this last year, and currently have 51% of the series slabbed. It's been fu...

Re: FCBD 2020 Bloodshot
Short Bloodshot story introducing Wilfred Wigan’s from the Bloodshot movie into the Valiant U. Very standard Bloodshot tale which leads into Bloodshot #10 (I can’t believe they’re letting Tim Seeley’s chaotic dross go 10 issues). New female character in the last panel shows up, could be interesting...

Re: WTB DIVINITY #1 LAROSA (1:40) 9.8
Well, I just joined the 1:40 club. This arrived today along with the 1:20 #4. Given the popularity of the book, I didn’t think I was going to own one, much less one signed by Ryan Winn and David Baron in 9.8. Think what you want but I don’t care that it’s a green label. I’m very happy. https://uplo...

Re: DBS's 100% CONFIRMED "Rare" Print Run Info
From what I can remember, Valiant had a CGC witness at the time, and they worked out a deal with CGC that they could be signed and stamped (I think they were stamped), and sent out to the retailers and would be accepted by CGC up until a specific date. All books that were produced were signed and wi...

I'd add the X-O Manowar Humble Bundle "Unsigned" to your list. While we don't have a print run number on those, you can check CGC and see that there are two blue lable and two sig series (yellow label) that are out there.
They exist.

Re: Dan Abnett on Get Valiant #167 - June 27
I think Abnett just gets Valiant. He understands that continuity has its place, and just how important it is for all of the Valiant characters. Maybe that's why there are a good amount of people that have enjoyed this Rai series, he just gets continuity. Seeing Abnett on a Ninjak book, or something ...

WTB DIVINITY #1 LAROSA (1:40) 9.8
Speaking of coolness of cover.... your honorable mention.... X-O Manowar 1:50 (first Capshaw) is off the chain cover cool. It is hard to argue your top ten order. As a matter of opinion, I think Britannia #1 1:50 may be a little too high.... but time will tell. I noticed that there are now 11 CGC 9...
