I agree that Faith is a strange choice, given her last team-up mini had really week sales. I think some of the shine may have worn off on Faith titles. Having a Dr. Mirage solo mini and a real Harbinger series would have been better.

I think rebooting would be a collossal mistake. We've already seen how hard it is for Valiant to attract new readers into the universe, and not for lack of trying all kinds of innovative strategies. I don't think a reboot would entice any significant amount of new readers, and it presents a clear ...

But on the bright side, at least they’ll use this meh “event” to justify “re-setting” most of the universe...what could go wrong?

I for one would like to know what Hamiltron thought about this issue...

Can we take a moment to appreciate that the Renegades are finally meeting Unity for the first time? I mean it took six years for it to finally happen, but the most of the pillars of Valiant Universe are finally in the same room together thanks to Harbinger Wars II. Faith is the only Harbinger ...

Single property sales like this on Comixology tend to correspond to some kind of event that they want to promote: a comic series launch, or a movie release. Setting aside the issue that DMG did not initially acquire majority share, but acquired another share recently...

I'm not sure why everyone is so optimistic that the movies and tv shows are now full steam ahead. DMG is a production company, No? Couldn't (or shouldn't) they have been starting to ...

I think at this point, the best route would be to just not continue the series. They don't even have to worry about making an announcement about cancelling the book, which would acknowledge the failed nature of the experiment. The title was only selling 5000 copies per issue, and any lower than that ...

Got the word from Comichron that Faith and the future Force didn't make the top 300, so less than 5,621 copies. So yeah, that's not a great sign...

I do think a backlash is possible and maybe inevitable, but I'm not sure we've reached that point yet. Spiderman Homecoming and Wonder Woman both did great business at the box office this year, and people seem excited for the upcoming MCU and DC movies. Beyond that the Marvel Netflix shows and the ...
