Re: Valiant Summit 2016 Discussion Thread
Wow! Watching the summit and seeing all these announcements of new books coming out this year has got me really excited about Valiant. Can't wait to read Generation Zero especially with FVL writing it! Also intrigued by Savage. Wish we had heard something about what Dysart will be doing in the ...

Re: 4001 AD Interlocking Cover
Yeah ... I'm not seeing the similarities with any of the female characters in the one big splash page
Maybe a 4001 version of the top left character :?

Re: What happened to "Dark Archer"?
To me his appearance in Faith felt most true to the character of all his appearances since the original run of Archer & Armstrong ended.
I was thinking this same thing. To me Archer feels more rounded as a character in Faith than he has outside of the first run of Archer & Armstrong, which is kind ...

Re: Faith #3 Discussion
This issue was great! I can't wait for the final issue to see how everything wraps up. I think the highlight for me was Faith and Archer's conversation. I'm loving their relationship and am looking forward to how it develops further down the line.

Re: The Big Valiant Secret...
Wasn't there a teaser for a new Harbinger title in last years FCBD book that showed all four of them? Has anything been announced about that yet? Maybe that could be what Dysart has planned?grendeljd wrote:Having said all that, I would still like to read a new series with Pete, Kris, Faith & Torque again too.

Re: Wrath Of The Eternal Warrior #5 Discussion
Absolutely loved the art in this issue - Ryp is fantastic as usual. The splash pages! OMG!
I had the same reaction to those splash pages. Just incredible! I'll always be amazed at how much detail Ryp can get into his pages.

Re: Adv. of Archer & Armstrong #1 Discussion
The art took some getting used to but it's growing on me.
My biggest concern with this issue was the characterization of Archer and Armstrong. I feel like Archer took a couple steps back from where he was at the end of the FVL run. I understand that some of this might be from highlighting a select ...

Re: Ninjak #13 Discussion
Really enjoyed this issue and the art was fantastic as usual. I'm still a bit puzzled about how Ninjak came to the conclusion that Shadowman's ropes were psychosomatic. That part of the story seemed a bit weird and rushed to me, like just an easy way to get Jack back to the world of the living. It's ...

Re: Bloodshot: Reborn #11 (The Analog Man) Discussion
So, if the continuity not lining up is an indication of a Perfect Day type scenario, the story needs to break through that wall soon. If it goes four issues until it's revealed that it was all some kind of nanite induced memory implant and none of it really happened, that will be something of a ...

Re: Wrath of the Eternal Warrior #4
I will say this, Chris dropped a pretty massive Crazy Theory in this weeks VCR episode that ties events in both Eternal Warrior 4 & Imperium 13 together in a fascinating manner...
Yeah, I listened. An interesting idea but call me skeptical.
Here's my Crazy Theory: Gilad awoke in 4001. Just in ...

Hey everyone!
Hi, I'm new to the site but I've been following some of the threads since last year when I discovered Valiant. I started collecting comics a couple years ago, starting with some Marvel titles and getting into some from Image but it wasn't until Ninkak #1 debuted last March that I finally picked up a ...
