In general, 9.8s are allowed minor production flaws. In other words there is something wrong with the book, but that defect was caused by the production machines, not caused by a human. Only ten VEI slab sales on eBay in 2018 so far!!!! That’s has to be a mistake. I’ve purchased five so far this year on eBay. Have I purchased 50% of the VEI slabs sold on eBay?

X-O Manowar 0 is a good choice. They did the interior art and one of the eight different variant covers.

Basically, cgc will never say they won’t regrade a book. In other words, to protect themselves, if they are in possession of a slab they have the right and can regrade any slab. So, if you send it in for a service that doesn’t require grading like; cracked case, or even something they made a mistake...
