Re: X-O Manowar #13 discussion thread
Next issue, faceoff! (I will just put urls, not the images themselves for those who wouldn't want to see Nord's pages in advance)

Re: X-O Manowar #13 discussion thread
"The priest believes I am a god. Others think me a devil. I am neither. I am a Visigoth." This line ruled.

Re: Bloodshot #11 discussion thread
I really enjoyed seeing the story unfold from a different point of view. The gore looked great. I am really pleased with this book. Really can't wait to see what that nano switch is going to do long term.

Re: X-O Manowar #12 discussion
Honestly, I sent Valiant a tweet in January asking for a birthday present. Fully expecting nothing in return. They sent this to me! haha I also have #371/400, but the #001 is pretty special!

Re: Bloodshot #10 Discussion
I don't think we should presume that all these people that get killed are all inherently evil and deserve to be killed.
The guy walks up to him, announces "We're the guys who don't give a *SQUEE*", and shoots him in the chest with a shotgun at point-blank range. If that guy was in it for the ...

Re: Bloodshot #10 Discussion
This issue had me as soon as Bloodshot pulled the machete out of his shoulder. I love the character development with Bloodshot. I really enjoyed the kids becoming part of the story. More than anything I want at least one awesome fight in every issue of Bloodshot, and #10 did not fail to deliver on ...

Re: X-O Manowar #12 discussion
I was fully expecting this issue to a full blown destruction filled invasion of the Vine home world. Then they go and completely flip the script on me. I am very pleased with this change. I love curveballs in story telling! I also love the cover. It is one of my favorites. I am always partial to ...

Re: My Valiant Story
Welcome, from one veteran to another! I recently took the plunge and went back in time to collect all the early stuff from Valiant and Acclaim. From what I hear the Pre-Unity and Unity stories are the best. I just wish I had more time to read them all, but someday I will get it done!

Welcome!
if you see a guy named lorddunlow just ignore him he's a *squee* :kidaround:
Already beat you to him. Sadly, he's being neutral - I could have used him to take you guys down.
Johnny, what's your favorite Gaiman book? I'm partial to Neverwhere, but American Gods is up there. I'm ...

Welcome to the board. Here, have a taco. :D
I normally don't welcome people to the board because I feel guilty about not welcoming the people who came before. But I can never resist an opportunity to recommend Armorines. I'm a big fan of Jorge Gonxalez' writing on that book as well as his work on ...

My Valiant Story
I had a very late in life introduction to comic books. This past December I decided that I wanted to get into them at the age of 31. I have been a gamer since I was a little kid. I play in Roleplaying games with some friends. I am not new to the parts of life that are normally considered the "nerd ...
