Re: Shadowman #2
Well I have seen both the animated movie from the 80s which blew my mind as the first "adult" cartoon and ever saw. I have also seen the live action movie, which I don't think I can recommend. And about 6-10 episodes of the animated tv series. And I have played the recent xbox game. So I have some ...

Re: BART SEARS RETURNS TO VALIANT!!!
Yeah I have been talking to Bart about it for a while and I am sooooo glad he is doing it. This will be VERY expensive for me but I totally am ready for it.
I am a Sears and xo art collector as some of you know :-) This was the first time Bart drew the new X-O (a commission he did for me recently ...

I'm really looking forward to this cover. Normally I don't worry about variants and just get whatever cover is availible. Bit this variant I want!

Re: ARCHER & ARMSTRONG 5 Discussion
Just wanted to say that A&A has been my favorite series (it's just so fun to read) but that this has been the weakest issue and not my favorite book this month. Not that I didn't like it because I did, it just seemed lacking in content abit to me. Still this "bad" issue is better than most other ...

Like Monster Magnet. Which everyone should listen to, always.
Is that who did the space lord song? If not then who am I thinking of lol
And as much as I got a kick out of Aerosmith in Shadowman as a kid I think musical quest artists are probably best left out of comics. It's like naming the ...

Re: Shadowman #2
Really liked this issue even it there wasn't much action. I am glad they didn't have to spend all issue trying to convince him magic is real. I hate movies/shows/books when somene will see or experience something supernatural and then still spends half the story still not believing or denying what ...

Re: Bloodshot #6 Discussion
Bone stab! Holy crap! That was crazy and I did not see it coming. I must have read over that sequence 5 times before moving one. Couldn't belive that really happened. Bloodshot is hardcore!
This is probably my least favorite book (still love it though) but damn this issue is making me rethink that ...

Re: Great Interview with Jason Kothari
Really liked this interview. Gave me alot of confidence in this Valiant. It really seems like they have a long term plan and know how to accomplish it as well as avoid the mistakes of the past. The future looks bright indeed!
The mulitmedia projects are very exciting. They can be a risk but I hope ...

Really enjoyed this issue. Did a good job of continueing the ninjak/x-o conflict as well as set up their allaince and I can not wait for next week and issue #8!
Also when he offered Ninjak the fruit I literally laughed out loud.

Re: New guy
That is what I want to hear about Valiant, my fear when I heard of the relaunch is that they would only last a year or two and then go away again. But from everything I have read so far it sounds like management knows what it is doing and knows what doomed valiant the last time around.

Re: New guy
Thanks guys!
That's one of the best Deathmate stories I've ever heard.
I only bought Deathmate because of Image, but the Valiant side was SO much better that I dropped Image!
lol it's so true. I was a teenager only caring for the art and was like "ew, this isn't lee, liefield or ...

Hello everybody!
So new here obviously but have been lurking for awhile now. Cool place!
Anywho, been into comics since I found my older brother's collection of old DC war comics and early marvel G.I. Joe's. I didn't really get into collecting monthly until Jim Lee's X-Men #1 (and yes I had all ...
